i have just received my trainers after reading all the rave reviews. I have to say that I agree with most of them. apart from the woman who went into great detail about how they didnt go with her outfits!!!! these trainers are lovely, classic reebok quality. on trying them on and walking around i noticed straight away the difference to normal trainers. they are snug and not massive as someone described them! (they must have ordered the wrong size)!! they are what they are; trainers for toning your calves, bum and thighs. i only wore mine for about 1/2 hour and my bum was aching. well worth buying for toning and they def do what it says on the box. one thing, make sure that use wear trainer socks as your feet WILL sweat.

Undecided ... hoping for promising things!
I bought these trainers as I am hoping to strengthen my leg after a recent operation which has left it quite weak. Walking at this stage is the best way to do this ... so after a few weeks of walking in uncomfortable plimsolls I decided to invest.

When I first tried them on I could feel an instant difference to normal trainers ... so it looked promising! The trainers are quite spongy when you try them for the first time.

I walk a route of approx 5 mile, in a mixed terrain. Flat hard surfaces, hilly surfaces, grassy/rocky surfaces and dirt tracks. I agree with a previous review ... although they look great as far as trainers go (I ordered mine in Black because I feel like a pimp in White trainers!) they are quite clumpy when you walk and make you feel heavy footed as it makes a distinct clatter on the pavement. The trainers support your foot well and are well padded.

The other thing I have noticed is that they make my feet go numb! I don't...
