Well made, tricky to use at first
This seems to be well made, Al-Ko is an established leader in the field and it looks as though it should protect my caravan sufficiently in conjunction with other devices as well.#

It was a little awkward to install and remove at first but you get used to it. Having the separate little plastic ball that fits in the towball socket is a bit irritating and I lost one and had to replace it.

Easy to fit.
Easy to fit when you know how ................... hate to admit this but I was trying to fit it the wrong way round. The wife has no experience fitting these things but she figured it out, she told me I was trying to fit it the wrong way round. You should have seen the look on her face when the lock clicked into place. Grrrrrrrrr
