This 2012 updated 12 man tent has 3 x separate bedroom pods, each to sleep four people, and a communal area in the middle, making this 12 man tent a great family tent. The three inner bedroom pods are made from breathable polyester, have a fly sheet on top of the fully sewn in ground sheet, and each measure 240cm x 210cm. This 12 man tent comes with a fully sewn in ground sheet thoughout the tent to prevent any draft coming in from the bottom and any unwelcome visitors entering when they shouldn't. Colour coded poles are used for simple pitching, and the instructions are easy to follow. The front door of this 12 man tent can either be rolled up and kept completely out of the way, or pitched out with poles to provide you with an extra canopied area. This 12 man tent has UV Protection, to reduce the risks caused by the sun, and a Hydrostatic Head level of 2000mm.

took this tent to glastonbury (2011) it was great, we used the middle section for a social area when the rain was a problem and kept the pods nice and clean each with a double airbed in. between the 6 of us, the price was excellent.
However, apart from needing 2 strong people to carry it over a long distance, one of the poles was broken before we opened the bag, and this could have been a disaster, but luckily we frankensteined an unused spare tent and made it work. Packing up back into the same bag is quite tricky too, and we ended up sharing the load on the way out and packing it back in the bag in a bigger space afterwards. it gets very noisy in heavy rain and very hot in sunshine, but hey, its a tent! waterproof, big enough and good value.

this tent is certainly value for money, but the quality is not as good as i exspected. there is no mud walls and the zip does not zip all the way around.(velcro bottom)and the bag handle ripped after putting it away the first time.we are trying it out this weekend im sure it will be great fun.....

we have just come back off our holiday for 1 week in this tent and i am very sorry to say that it leeked in on the doors and the back sleeping compartment. the overlap on the doors is Insufficient and so is the lenths of velcro. the style and layout is fantastic, just lacks quality. very disapointed.
