better than MBTs - firmer than Sketchers
I have a pair of MBTs, a pair of Sketchers and two pairs of RYN shoes. I like RYN shoes because they reduce the neuropathic pain that comes from inside my hip. They are much firmer than Sketchers and better made than my MBTs. I have read another RYN review on this site which is critical of the fact that they are unstable. They are supposed to be! I love the fact that my heel barely makes contact with the ground. That's where my damaged nerve endings are. They make me less disabled - so to me they are worth 5 stars. They also come with an extra pair of laces and an extra pair of insoles which is a thoughtful touch. They are made in Korea and the enclosed leaflet seems to have been translated into English by a machine but it doesn't matter. Ryn deserve to be better known. These are well-made shoes and I totally recommend them to people who have poor posture.
