Good quality, very useful
Actually I was supposed to replace my old backpack which was a smaller Eastpak and served me for years, travelled through many countries and went through a lot. When I placed my order on Amazon I found it a bit difficult that the measurements provided were not correct (hence I was in the belief of ordering another small backpack) and a few days later I received this big one. No regrets though as it is very comfortable, can carry a lot more than the little one could, so far it's been brilliant, but I expect it to last for years as any Eastpak should. Since my new backpack arrived, I have come across the very same type in some shops for a significantly higher price than the offer on Amazon. I definitely recommend this item.
Excellent backpack
My 12 years old niece had been searching for this bag for months (in Italy this model and color is almost impossible to find...), since the day it arrived she's not been willingly separate from it for more than one hour, so I can say the bag is being tested through and thorough...the bag is simply excellent. It's being used to carry around pretty much the whole life of a female preteen (school equipment, make-up stuff, swimming and/or gym gear...) and it's performing great. It is unexpectedly cabable inside, the fabric, seams and zip are strong and sturdy, the straps are confortable. Many backpack I owned in the past, paying them twice or thrice as much, were not made as well as this Eastpak. I used to think that all the hype about Eastpak was just fashion, but I had to change my mind. I'm seriously considering buying one myself - and seen the prices on Amazon Uk, I don't think I'll bother going around shops...;-)
