THESE CHAIRS ARE NOT TOO BIG, I ALMOST BOUGHT THE MEDIUM SIZE BUT GLAD THAT I DIDN'T AND THE LARGE IS SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES SO I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND GETTING SMALLER ONES FOR THE CHILDREN, STICK TO LARGE.

THEY ARE BIGGER AND BULKIER THAN NORMAL CAMP CHAIRS BUT NOT AT ALL HEAVY OR CUMBERSOME, JUST AS YOU'D EXPECT, A BIT LARGER.
