Perfect family beach tent
In the past we have tried and hopelessly failed with other beach tents - spending ages trying to assemble them and keeping them from blowing away, but this Tent from Shelta is an absolute doddle - even for someone as inept as me. It literally pops up in a few seconds, and then can be collapsed again without fuss.
The kids like it so much that we even use it in our back garden as a play tent, and there's plenty of room for the whole family to get inside it.
Comes in a easy to carry bag, and is very light (considering the enormous size of the tent). Would highly recommend.
We didn't purchase it from this seller though - we found a cheaper seller elsewhere.

Wow.....even I was impressed!
Finally a piece of kit that makes life on the beach so easy. We recently purchased the Shelta for a holiday in Cornwall. The fact that the whole family could easily fit within the Shelta appealed, as did the ability for the children to stand up and move around (4 yr old). However, watch the amazed expressions of others on the beach when you slide the Shelta out of the handy carry bag, let it unfold on its own and then pull the cord up - one pop and a click later and there you go.....one UV safe beach shelta done! Press where instructed and the Shelta collapses as easy as it went up. I am a hard customer to impress but I was stunned by the ease with which this thing went up and down. It comes with weight bags (we used beach rocks, but you could use sand) and 4 easy to insert pegs - which went in (and stayed in) by hand. No mallets, no poles to insert, no piecing things together - an utter joy. Do not be put off by its size and any concerns with British wind. We had a windy week and...
